Graduate Positions

For graduate positions, we accept degrees from all universities accredited by the home government of the country where the university is located. This applies to degrees obtained full-time or part-time, through distance-learning or twinning programmes, etc.

In addition, for professional qualifications such as law, and accountancy, the degrees obtained from foreign institutions must be recognised by the relevant professional bodies in Singapore to be considered for recruitment and appointment in the Singapore Civil Service.

Non-Graduate Positions

The entry requirements for non-graduate appointments depend on the schemes of service that you are applying. Generally, you can be considered for employment to non-graduate posts in the Civil Service if you possess the following qualifications:

a) Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent
b) GCE 'N'/'O'/'A' Levels or equivalent
c) ITE qualifications or equivalent
